About Us
Who We Are
We Are Pioneers In The World Of Solar & Renewable Energy
We realise that the people of Pakistan have been suffering for decades from an unreliable electricity supply, and yet are burdened with unfair price hikes — often justified as part of settling the country’s foreign debt. This cycle has left households and businesses frustrated, paying more while receiving less.
At Alternate Energy Systems (AES), we believe this is neither fair nor sustainable. That’s why we’ve dedicated ourselves to offering a better way forward — one where you can produce your own electricity through clean, renewable sources, protect yourself from rising costs, and contribute to a greener Pakistan.
Our Story
AES began with a simple but powerful mission: to make solar energy accessible and practical for everyone in Pakistan. Over the years, we’ve helped countless homeowners and businesses install solar panels and hybrid solar systems tailored to their needs.
From our first installation to our latest project, our focus has never changed — to give our customers energy independence and peace of mind, without the stress of unpredictable power supply and inflated bills.
History of the Company
Pakistani is lagging behind other nations due to low attention towards vital development indicators. Despite its commitment to “Affordable & Clean Energy” (Sustainable Development Goal) and “Ensuring Sustainable Development” (Millennium Development Goal), Pakistan has not been able to cope with its energy requirements. This has resulted in low achievement on MDGs and SDGs.
Keeping this in mind, some development practitioners founded “Alternate Energy Systems”, in January 2008, with a focus on three Ps (People, Planet and Profit) instead of just one P (Profit). It was registered as an “Association of Partnership”, with the Government of Punjab, to provide best possible solutions for solar energy. Now more than a decade, it has broadened its services of renewable energy solutions for domestic, commercial and agriculture purposes to the projects of International Funding Agencies; MNCs, I NGOs, NGOs, Corporate Sector and individual clients.
